Delivery Policy
1. The 30-Minute Promise
BudRush was built on speed. Express orders in core Miami zones are targeted for 30 minutes or less. If we miss the window, we make it right with a free preroll on your next order. That's not marketing — it's how we hold ourselves accountable.
2. 24/7 Availability
We never close. Order at 6am, 2pm, midnight, or 4am on a holiday — our drivers are on the road. Express delivery is available around the clock, 365 days a year. Scheduled delivery windows are also available if you prefer a specific time slot.
3. Coverage Zones
BudRush delivers across all of Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Delivery times and minimum orders vary by zone. Core zones (Downtown, Brickell, Wynwood, Miami Beach) get the fastest service. Check our delivery areas page for your zone's specific details.
4. Zone-Based Pricing
Delivery fees are calculated by zone and displayed at checkout before you confirm. Core zones have the lowest fees. Outer zones (Homestead, Broward North) have higher minimums to cover the distance. No hidden charges — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
5. ID Verification
All deliveries require someone 21 or older present at the delivery address. Our driver may request valid government-issued photo ID. If no valid ID is presented or no one is available to receive the order, the delivery will be returned and a redelivery fee may apply.
6. Delivery Timing Factors
While we aim for 30 minutes, real-world factors can affect timing: heavy traffic during rush hour, severe weather, high order volume on weekends and holidays, or hard-to-access building locations. We communicate proactively if your order is running behind schedule.
7. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails because of a wrong address, no one answering the door, or inability to verify age, we'll attempt to contact you. If we can't reach you within 10 minutes, the order is returned and a redelivery fee applies for the next attempt.
