1. Delivery Speed
BudRush was built on speed. Express orders in core Miami zones typically arrive in about an hour; outer zones and late nights run longer. Every order carries a live ETA from the moment a driver picks it up — that estimate, not a slogan, is what we hold ourselves to.
2. 24/7 Availability
We never close. Order at 6am, 2pm, midnight, or 4am on a holiday — our drivers are on the road. Express delivery is available around the clock, 365 days a year. Scheduled delivery windows are also available if you prefer a specific time slot.
3. Coverage Zones
BudRush delivers across all of Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Delivery times and minimum orders vary by zone. Core zones (Downtown, Brickell, Wynwood, Miami Beach) get the fastest service. Check our delivery areas page for your zone's specific details.
4. Delivery Is Free — Zones Set the Minimum
We do not charge a delivery fee in any zone, at any hour, on any order size. What varies is the minimum order: $60 across most of Miami-Dade, $150 in the outer zones (Doral, Kendall, Homestead, Broward North), and higher after 10 PM. 5. ID Verification
All deliveries require someone 21 or older present at the delivery address. Our driver may request valid government-issued photo ID. If no valid ID is presented or no one is available to receive the order, the delivery will be returned and a redelivery fee may apply.
6. Delivery Timing Factors
While we aim for about an hour in core zones, real-world factors can affect timing: heavy traffic during rush hour, severe weather, high order volume on weekends and holidays, or hard-to-access building locations. We communicate proactively if your order is running behind schedule.
7. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails because of a wrong address, no one answering the door, or inability to verify age, we'll attempt to contact you. If we can't reach you within 10 minutes, the order is returned and a redelivery fee applies for the next attempt.
