7. How Refunds Work

Approved refunds are credited to your BudRush wallet within 24 hours. Crypto payment refunds go to wallet balance (not back to your crypto address). Cash order refunds are applied as wallet credit for future orders.

8. What's Not Refundable

Opened or consumed products, free promotional items, and delivery fees are non-refundable. If you received exactly what you ordered and it matches the description, returns are not available.

9. Disputes

Think a refund was wrongly denied? Contact us within 7 days to appeal. We review every dispute personally. Final resolution is at BudRush's discretion, but we always try to find a fair outcome.
