Refund & Payment Policy

1. Payment Methods

BudRush accepts cash on delivery, wallet balance, and cryptocurrency payments (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC).

All transactions are processed securely through our platform.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are prepared. Once preparation begins, cancellation may not be possible.

To cancel, use the cancel button on your order details page or contact support immediately.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued for incorrect items, damaged products, or orders not delivered. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are credited to your BudRush wallet within 24 hours.

Cryptocurrency payments are refunded to wallet balance, not to the original crypto address.

Cash payment refunds are credited to your BudRush wallet for future orders.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Opened or used products, promotional items given for free, and delivery fees are non-refundable.

6. Disputes

If you believe a refund was incorrectly denied, you may appeal by contacting our support team within 7 days.

All disputes are resolved at BudRush's discretion.
