2. Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to access BudRush, create an account, or place an order. Valid government-issued photo ID proving your age may be required upon delivery. No exceptions.
3. How Ordering Works
Browse our menu, add items to your cart, and complete checkout with your delivery address and preferred payment method. All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to availability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.
4. Your Account
If you create a BudRush account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. All activity under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately via WhatsApp on our website.
5. Delivery Terms
BudRush aims for 30-minute delivery across core Miami zones. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by traffic, weather, high order volume, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Someone 21+ must be present to receive every delivery.
6. Personal Use Only
All products purchased through BudRush are for personal consumption only. Resale, redistribution, or commercial use of products ordered through our platform is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
7. BudRush Brand & Content
All content on miamiweeddeliveries.com — including the BudRush name, logo, product descriptions, images, and website design — is our intellectual property. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
8. Liability Limits
BudRush is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our service or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
9. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of BudRush shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
